Faustus Client Support
User support consists of individual support
through electronic mail
(support@faustcorp.com), and
of update and upgrade
services.
- Individual support through electronic mail
will be provided on working days within typically a few hours to a few
days, depending on the extent of support required.
- Update services are patches of the current
program version provided free of charge as they become available. They
may contain small functionality enhancements or small bug fixes.
- Upgrades are new program versions provided
free of charge as they become available. They contain major
functionality enhancements. Such upgrades will become available
typically every 18 to 24 months.
User Support will be provided free of charge to
registered users of MEFiSTo for one year from
the date of registration with Faustus Scientific Corporation.
